What is Ink-credibly Clean?

We're a small, locally-owned residential cleaning company serving the Hill Country. We use eco-friendly, pet-safe products on every job โ€” no harsh chemicals, no shortcuts. Just a detail-obsessed team that shows up on time and leaves your home actually clean.
Where do you serve?

We serve New Braunfels, San Marcos, Schertz, Cibolo, Seguin, & Converse. Not sure if you're in our area? Just reach out โ€” we'll let you know! There's no travel fee within 20 miles of New Braunfels. A small travel fee of $15โ€“$25 applies outside that radius.
Are you insured?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance, so you can feel confident letting us into your home. Your property is protected, and so is our team.
What types of cleaning do you offer?

We offer four main services:
  • Deep Clean โ€” Required for all first-time clients. Top to bottom, every surface, baseboards, inside appliances, window sills, and ceiling fans.
  • Recurring Maintenance Clean โ€” Available after your initial deep clean. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules.
  • Move-In / Move-Out Clean โ€” Full detail of an empty property. Great for getting your deposit back or starting fresh.
  • RV Cleaning โ€” Eco-friendly cleaning for your home on wheels. Starting at $95.
What don't you clean?

We're pros, but we do have limits. We don't handle:
  • Mold remediation or biohazard cleanup
  • Human or animal waste
  • Moving heavy furniture
  • Handling valuables, collectibles, or electronics
  • Carpet steam cleaning
  • Laundry
  • Anything requiring a ladder more than two steps high

No surprises. Ever.
How much does a cleaning cost?

Residential cleans start at $130. Final pricing is based on your home's square footage and the scope of the job โ€” we'll give you an exact quote after your free walkthrough. No work starts without your approval first.
Do you charge more for add-ons?

Yep โ€” add-ons are priced separately and always quoted upfront:
  • Inside oven: $30
  • Inside fridge: Priced per hour
  • Hard water stain treatment: Ask for a quote
  • Holiday surcharge: $25โ€“$50 on major holidays
Are quotes free?

Always free. No strings attached. Just reach out, tell us your home size and what you need, and we'll get you a quote fast โ€” usually the same day.
Why do first-time clients need a deep clean?

Think of it as your home's fresh start. A deep clean gets everything to a consistent baseline โ€” so every maintenance clean after that is faster, more thorough, and more cost-effective for you. It's how we make sure we're doing right by your home from day one.
Is there a discount for recurring clients?

Yes! Recurring clients get our best rates. Because we're cleaning regularly, each visit takes less time โ€” and we pass those savings on to you. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules are all available.

Getting on the calendar
How do I book?

Easy! Fill out our contact form, email us at hello@inkcrediblyclean.com, or give us a call or text at (830) 302-3292. We'll confirm your home size, talk through what you need, and get you a quote โ€” no work starts without your approval first.
How soon can I get an appointment?

Once you've approved your quote, we'll find the earliest available slot that works for you. Availability varies by season and demand โ€” reach out early if you have a specific date in mind!
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
โ–พ
Absolutely โ€” and it's our most popular option. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring schedules. Recurring clients get loyalty pricing and are always our priority for scheduling.
What time does your team arrive?

We'll give you a scheduled arrival window when booking. We're punctual people โ€” if anything changes, we'll always give you a heads up.

Day of Your Clean
What to expect when we show up
Do I need to be home?

Nope! Plenty of our clients aren't home during their clean. As long as we can access the property (key, lockbox, garage code โ€” whatever works for you), we'll take it from there. We'll let you know when we're done.
How should I prepare for my cleaning visit?

A quick tidy-up helps us focus on the actual cleaning:
  • Clear clutter off floors and countertops so we can clean the surfaces underneath
  • Secure your pets (or let us know where they'll be)
  • Leave a note if there's anything specific you want us to focus on
  • Make sure we have clear access to all areas you want cleaned
That's it! We handle the rest.
Do you move furniture?

For standard cleans, we don't move heavy furniture like beds, dressers, or couches. This protects your floors and our team. If you'd like us to clean underneath something specific, just let us know in advance โ€” we're happy to work around it during a deep clean.
Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, always. We bring everything โ€” eco-friendly, pet-safe cleaning products and all equipment. You don't need to supply a thing. If you have a preferred product you'd like us to use on a specific surface, just leave it out and let us know.
Should I tip?

Tips are never expected but always appreciated! If your team did a great job, a tip goes directly to them. A glowing review on Google or Facebook means just as much โ€” it helps us grow and helps other Hill Country families find us. ๐Ÿ™

Are your products really eco-friendly?

Yes, and we mean it. We use plant-based, non-toxic cleaning products on every single job โ€” no cutting corners based on the job type. It's better for your home, your family, and the planet.
Are your products safe for my pets?
โ–พ
100%. Pet safety is something we take seriously. Everything we use is safe for dogs, cats, and any other fur babies roaming your home.
Can I request a specific product?
โ–พ
Of course! If you have a product you love for a specific surface (granite cleaner, hardwood floor solution, etc.), just leave it out and let us know. We're happy to use it.

Policies
The fine print โ€” without the fine print energy
What's your cancellation policy?
โ–พ
We get it โ€” life happens. We just ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of 50% of the job price. This helps us protect our team's time and keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone.
What if I'm not happy with my clean?
โ–พ
We'll make it right โ€” simple as that. If something wasn't done to your satisfaction, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the area at no charge. Your happiness is non-negotiable for us.
How do I pay?

We'll send you an invoice after your clean through our booking system. Payment is due upon completion. We'll confirm accepted payment methods when you book.
Is my home information kept private?
โ–พ
Absolutely. Any access information you give us (alarm codes, lockbox combos, etc.) is stored securely and used only by our team for your scheduled visits. We treat your home and your trust with the same care.
